Clinical Operations Director
Christina Kessler, Revocation Evaluation Specialist
Christina Kessler is a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides unbiased, nonjudgmental substance abuse evaluations to assess for acuity, usage, and potential treatment. Her attentive, therapeutic approach was developed over years of managing direct care in Intensive Outpatient Programs that included individual, group, and family therapy approaches to mitigate crises and out-of-home placement.
Christina’s training incorporates trauma-related interventions, CBT/DBT, and multicultural counseling for both youth and adults. As a native Arizonian, she naturally gravitated to Arizona State University for a Bachelor’s in Non-profit Leadership Management and Grand Canyon University for a Master’s in Professional Counseling.
Christina enjoys music, hiking, movies, friends, and family.​
Executive Director
Bob Kessler, MPA, MS
Bob Kessler manages all business operations, accounting, and networking for CK Counseling Group. He has worked in both the public and private sectors with experience ranging from banking, higher education, and government.
He graduated from Davenport University with a degree in Business and a graduate degree in Public Administration and Leadership from Grand Canyon University.​​

Bob is an avid golfer who loves watching sports and spending time with family.
Lead Counselor
Christiana Flint, MSPC, LPC
Christiana Flint is a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides unbiased, nonjudgmental therapeutic services for substance use disorder, depression, interpersonal relationships, self-awareness, anxiety-stress, confidence, self-esteem, grief and loss, phobias, and illness processing.
Christiana has been working in the field for ten years and offers deep empathy, compassion, and transparency.
Christiana’s training incorporates trauma-related interventions, CBT/DBT, and multicultural counseling for both youth and adults. Christiana has completed a Master’s degree from Grand Canyon University in Professional Counseling.
Christiana enjoys family, friends, movies, and traveling.
Peer Support Specialist
Janice Gwazdauskas
Janice is a certified peer support specialist, also known as a peer advocate, peer recovery support specialist, and peer recovery coach.
Janice will be able to offer support with mental health conditions, such as anxiety and depression with trauma focus as well as substance use disorder. Janice’s training to help others with similar challenges, with personal experience and passion to support others is unmatched and provides support that can’t be taught or replicated.
Janice is devoted to her family, friends, and Goldendoodle, Penny. During her free time, Janice loves music, running, and movies.
