The CK Counseling Group is a licensed, professional health counseling practice, specializing in providing DUI Revocation Evaluations, also known as Substance Abuse Evaluations.

During Your Virtual Revocation Evaluation Appointment
Our team of trained health professionals provides a safe and confidential space to discuss your concerns and provide guidance to meet your goals with convenient virtual evaluation appointments.
Our licensed therapist will provide a comprehensive assessment that will identify both the acuity and usage of drug and/or alcohol. Once the evaluation is complete, a personalized clinical recommendation will be provided, if needed, that will fulfill court or employer ordered evaluations.
As your health professional and Revocation Packet Counselors we ensure the completion of all required documents and submit these forms to the MVD.
