AZ Revocation Packet Counselors
Do you need a DUI revocation evaluation? Have you recently faced a DUI and lost your driving privileges and need an MVD revocation packet completed? You have found the right place to complete your revocation application.
When a driver’s license is revoked in the state of Arizona (AZ), the license is not immediately reinstated after the restricted period is over. The MVD will request a DUI substance abuse revocation evaluation and a revocation packet with an approved evaluator signature, before needing to reinstate. CK Counseling Group has a sophisticated online revocation process to help you accomplish and understand the reinstatement requirements needed to complete your revocation application and substance abuse evaluation. CK Counseling Group’s revocation process will help with the AZ revocation packet.
The MVD has referenced revocation packet evaluation as:
Is your License Suspended or Revoked? Do you need a Screening or Evaluation?
CK Counseling Group receives numerous calls from clients seeking guidance to regain legal driving privileges. Typically, the solution is straightforward, however each DUI varies per person. For recent DUI cases, a DUI Screening and the recommended treatment is needed. Treatment can vary from 16 Hours of DUI Education to 72 hours of DUI Treatment, suffice to meet the requirements of both the MVD and the Court. However, when the DUI incident is several years old, life circumstances have evolved, and time has elapsed, resolving the situation becomes more complex and less clear-
cut.
Many of CK Counseling clients misunderstand when the license is suspended or revoked. Both suspended and revoked driver’s licenses mean the driver can no longer legally operate a vehicle. The difference between revoking and suspending a license is that a suspended license is typically a shorter period compared to a revoked license which could be permanent and have different requirements.
Getting your license back after a suspension is easier than you think, with an alcohol DUI screening, submission to the MVD, and a short waiting period, you can be back on the road in no time. Take advantage of this opportunity to regain your driving privileges quickly and hassle-free in normally about 90 days.
A revoked period will be a minimum of one year before it is possible for a driver to
reinstate their driving privileges.
Not sure if your license is suspended or revoked? Not sure if you are eligible for reinstatement or how long your license is revoked?
Not to worry, CK Counseling Group will confirm all services needed prior to charging money for future services.
The fastest and most accurate way to determine eligibility for the revocation packet is by pulling your Extended Certified Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) directly from the MVD’s website: azmvdnow.gov.
At CK Counseling Group, our first discussion with clients revolves around asking essential qualifying questions. These questions are crucial for understanding their unique circumstances and gaining deeper insights into their situation. Properly qualifying the client ensures that we act in their best interests. While we strive to understand every aspect of the client's case, it's vital to note that without reviewing their Extended Certified MVR, we cannot assure with complete certainty that our advice will meet the MVD's compliance standards.
DUI treatment is required
In addition to your Extended Certified MVR, we will need to provide certificates/documentation from treatment. Clients with a revoked license frequently engage in treatment plans or programs. Each successfully completed treatment plan represents a notable achievement and a source of pride. These certificates serve as tangible evidence of the diligent efforts and commitment to maintaining sobriety and work through the process. Providing these certificates to CK Counseling Group enables us to conduct a comprehensive evaluation. Moreover, these certificates are taken into account when assessing the necessity for any further treatment interventions.
The most common misconception is finding someone to sign your AZ revocation packet. Many facilities are not able to complete the revocation packet for clients. CK Counseling Group is an MVD-approved online revocation facility and follows the approved process set forth by the MVD and will submit in the best interest of the client, as the process is not as easy as signing off on the application.
The MVD-approved revocation specialist will review the Extended Certified MVR, this will disclose eligibility, suspensions, and revocations, amongst other barriers. CK Counseling Group will carefully review and go over with you for an in-depth understanding of DUI revocation evaluation and eligibility. Secondly, proof of DUI treatment and or alcohol and drug treatment completion is necessary and must be submitted with proof of identification. The substance abuse evaluation will be set up with the MVD-approved revocation specialist upon cooperation and completion of the steps and the AZ MVD revocation packet will be completed and submitted to the proper department within the ADOT- MVD.
For alcohol screenings, ensure you have a reliable internet connection, a smart device or computer with a working camera, and a well-lit, private space. Be fully clothed and signed in beforehand to avoid any delays.
