ABOUT US
At CK Counseling Group, we understand the difficulty of getting back to work and reinstating a driver’s license.
We specialize in private, virtual Psychotherapy Drug & Alcohol Evaluations specific to your needs and state.
Our licensed therapist will provide a comprehensive assessment that will identify both the acuity and usage of drug and/or alcohol. Once the evaluation is complete, a personalized clinical recommendation will be provided, if needed, that will fulfill court or employer ordered evaluations.
OUR PROCESS
Our team of trained professionals provides a safe and confidential space to discuss your concerns and provide guidance to meet your goals with convenient virtual appointments.
Evaluation
A virtual evaluation (approx 30-60mins) will include psychotherapy intake, TAPS, AUDIT, MAST, DAST and any other screening tools necessary based on the individual.
Confidentiality
CK Counseling Group will maintain professional, respectful and confidential in all aspects of
working together.
Documentation
The evaluator will complete all required documents.
Full compliance is required to complete the evaluation.
